| Description | Develop, Schedule, and perform a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance inspection plan and work plan to provide basic maintenance and repairs of all heating and cooling piping systems and equipment, to include cooling/heating lines, condensate lines, steam systems, refrigeration systems, related components and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, HVAC systems, including chilled water systems, condensing units, ventilation & circulation systems, mini-split systems, humidifiers, VAV and other air moving systems, and pumps. In addition, this scope includes boilers, expansion tanks, furnaces, infrared heaters, baseboard heaters, water heaters, exhaust fans, various pumps, chemical feeders found in a commercial pool system, and various other systems as listed. |
