NWC Bid for Floor Matting Services at Brookside and Northern Industries Buildings The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), requests bids for floor matting services at the Brookside and Northern Industries buildings on the Northern Wisconsin Center (NWC) campus located at 2820 East Park Avenue, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729. NWC reserves the right to deny any and all bids. Award will be made to the supplier offering the lowest price that meets all requirements, as determined to be in the best interest of the State. This will be a one year signed contract with the possibility of two (2) one-year renewals with the total over three years not to exceed $50,000.00.
