Reservoir and Pipeline Improvements

The Project contemplated consists of Base Bid: Schedule A and Schedule B as generally describe below and as shown in the Bid Documents and includes erosion and sedimentation control and incidental items. Bids are invited for the following: Base Bid: Schedule A; Installing approximately 2,200 feet of 8-inch ductile iron potable water pipe, fire hydrants, valves, fittings, appurtenances, site work including excavation, yard piping, and providing a 1.3 million gallon prestressed concrete potable water reservoir, and Schedule B; providing approximately 3,000 feet of 8 inch diameter ductile iron potable water pipe, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. Deductive Alternate No. 1: Schedule B; providing approximately 3,000 feet of 8 inch diameter ductile iron potable water pipe, valves, fittings, and appurtenances. Bidders shall submit a Bid for the Base Bid Schedule A and Schedule B and for Deductive Alternate No. 1 Schedule B contemplated under this Advertisement for Bids. All work will be awarded under one contract.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Grading, Excavation and Fill, Subgrade Preparation, Excavation, Shoring, Tunneling and Mining, Tunnel Excavation.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Dam Construction and Equipment.
