Description

St. Louis County ("County") is soliciting bids for on-call parking lot repairs (striping, sealcoat, crack fill, pothole repair service work). The successful bidder will provide as-needed parking lot minor repair, striping and sealcoat service work as outlined in these specifications. Typical services may include: Pothole repair Crack seal Apply permanent pavement striping & markings Clean & seal coat Install wheel stops Last Date for Questions for Clarification Submitted via Email to Mparker@stlouiscountymo.gov - 1/17/2023 11:00:00 AM Deadline for Questions and Clarifications January 17, 2023, at 11:00 am CST County solicitations, once published, are under a Cone of Silence. All communication from a bidder or a bidder's representative relating to this solicitation must be directed to the designated Point of Contact below: Therese Parker, Senior Procurement Contract Administrator MParker@stlouiscountymo.gov The County may accept or reject any bids and may waive any irregularities in the bids if such waiver does not substantially change the offer or provide a competitive advantage to any bidder. Submit invoices to the County agency that requested the service, (Contact for Parks & Recreation will be Robert Smith, RSmith@stlouiscountymo.gov; contact for Public Works/Transportation will be Lisa Willis LWillis2@stlouiscountymo.gov.) no later than 30 days after performance of the work. The desired length of the contract is 2 years. At the County's option, the contract may be renewed for one additional 2-year period, at the same terms and conditions.
