Description

The Morganti Group, Inc. will receive Sealed Bids for the MC18 PC Air Point of Use Replacement Project at Palm Beach International Airport located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager for the Department of Airports. This is a Construction Management at Risk project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to Finishes, PC Air Systems, Mechanical Demolition, Electrical, PBB Monitoring. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities that are in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any or all bids. The Morganti Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is actively seeking certified DBE subcontractor participation for this project. The project includes a 12% minimum DBE participation goal for the total GMP of the project. All bidders are required to achieve the DBE goal or demonstrate good faith efforts to achieve the DBE goal. This project is funded in part under the provisions of the Airport and Airway Safety and Capacity Act of 1987. Certain mandatory federal requirements apply to this solicitation and will be made a part of any contract awarded: 1. Presidents Executive Order No. 11246 as amended by 29 CFR Part 30 and 41 CFR Part 60. 2. Davis Bacon and Related Acts, 29 CFR Parts 1, 3 and 5. 3. Copeland Act, 29 CFR Part 3. 4.
