Description | Reference Number 0000337197 The City of Hialeah, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), is hereby soliciting Bids to secure the services of an experienced and reliable contractor that is capable of furnishing, installing, and testing all appurtenances associated with the Roadway & Drainage Improvement along E 13th St from 6th to 10th Ave which includes: approximately 2,457 linear feet of roadway and associated drainage system (catch basins, solid pipes, culverts, etc.), sidewalks, street lighting, and pavement markings in accordance to the plans and specifications as provided in this request for proposals ("RFP" or "Solicitation") for ROADWAY & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ALONG E 13TH ST FROM 6 TO 10 AVE. Question Deadline 12/28/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, For questions/assistance and/or compliance with the Labor Standards Provision, contact Daniela Tamayo at 305-883-5898. A Bid Bond will be required. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price will be required. In the alternative, you may submit a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Hialeah in an equivalent amount. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required if the contract amount exceeds $ 200,000.00. *The City of Hialeah reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities, technicalities or omissions, in the bidding. Bids may be held over by the City of Hialeah for a period not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to consideration of the awarding of the contract. |
