Description

The Work shall including providing all labor and materials for the downgrade of JIPSD existing Regional Pump Station-1, including coordination and ancillary work with JIPSD for temporary by-pass pumping. Demolition and removal of existing Pump Station CMU Control Building, asbestos abatement, electrical and mechanical equipment, and other designated components. Remove existing pumps, pipings, gate and check valves for JIPSD salvage. Furnish and install new stainless steel and ductile iron piping, plug valves, resilient wedge check valves, and flow meter. Repair existing wet well interior concrete surfaces and furnish and install new wet well linings and interior riser piping coatings. Repair existing concrete surfaces of existing dry-well pump room and line for conversion to new submersible pump well. Core existing wet well-drywell wall. Furnish and install sluice gate and appurtenances. Install new Owner Supplied flood-proof safety grate hatches. Furnish and install concrete pipe supports, thrust flanges, and thrust support brackets. Install new Owner Supplied duplex submersible pumps. Furnish and install discharge elbows and guide rails. Install Owner Supplied Pump Control/SCADA-RTU Panel, remove existing MTS, ATS, and re-install on new elevated electrical equipment platform. Furnish and install all guide rails, conduit, wiring, valves, materials, labor and ancillary appurtenances necessary to install all Owner Supplied Equipment (OSE). Furnish and install all ancillary electrical level controls, new SCADA antenna pole, antenna, conduit and wiring, and ancillary electrical service panels. Furnish all labor and materials to rehabilitate existing cast-in-place, reinforced wet well top slab, concrete equipment foundation slabs-on-grade, pipe painting, and furnish and install all conduits, wiring, and piping beneath and penetrating all concrete slabs to the existing force main point of connection. Furnish and install new electrical equipment rack, all primary electrical service conduit and wiring from Dominion point-of-service, and pay for all Dominion costs to upgrade the electrical service to existing generator and electrical equipment rack/relocated existing MTS. Furnish all labor and materials for new Site Work including asphalt concrete surfaces, aggregate surfaces, new perimeter fencing, and remotely operated electric entry gate where indicated. Furnish and install all new aluminum railing, access stairs, lighting, and appurtenances for the existing elevated equipment platform. Furnish and maintain all required temporary by-pass pumping equipment. Furnish and install all labor and materials for temporary erosion control measures, miscellaneous sitework, and appurtenances
