Furnish & Install a Boiler System

All bid proposals must be accompanied by a statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the owner and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check, drawn to the order of the Treasurer, Old Bridge Municipal Utilities Authority, for not less than ten percent (10%) of amount of bid except that the check shall not exceed $20,000. The Owner reserves the right to require a complete financial and experience statement from prospective bidders showing that they have satisfactorily completed work ofthe nature required before furnishing proposal forms or specifications or before awarding the Contract.
