Description

Consists of rehabilitation work at Frank Street Park including the installation of approximately 200 LF of 12" ADS N-12 storm sewer pipe perforated ADS drain pipe 2x2 concrete inlets 4800 S.F. of asphalt sidewalk 770 S.F. of concrete border and 150 C.Y. of mulch; as well as the site preparation for a playground and swingset (equipment and installation to be performed by the Borough); general grading; site preparation; traffic control; erosion and sedimentation controls; and restoration complete in place. ADD ALTERNATE NO. 1 This project includes additional rehabilitation work at Frank Park including the installation of a new Bocce Court and the installation of a new Horseshoe Court with respective grading and restoration complete in place.
