CR 94 (Cannon River Blvd, Cooper Ave) from CSAH 47 to CSAH 88 (292nd St) - 94-05 - Dakota County

This project will reconstruct CR 94 (Cannon River Boulevard, Cooper Avenue) from CSAH 47 (Northfield Boulevard) to CSAH 88 (292nd Street) in Waterford, Sciota and Randolph Townships and City of Randolph. This roadway is identified as a Turnback to the City of Randolph and Waterford, Sciota, and Randolph Townships. This project will bring the CR 94 roadway up to County (gravel) standards prior to turnback. As of January 11, 2023, this project is currently in the Dakota County 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Funding for this project is allotted in the County's capital improvement plan for construction FY 2025. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
