EV Fast Charging Station

Purchase and Installation of ONE (1) EV Fast Charging Station (Charge Point Express 250 Station or equivalent) with two charging ports. All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. Each contract is a lump sum bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. This project is wholly or partially funded through the Municipal Zero-Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Fund and is administered by the NYS Department of Conservation and awarded to the Town of Westport. Certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) and Section 3-eligible contracting firms are encouraged to consider this project.
