High School Parking Lot Light Replacement

To supply a single overall price, with an alternative per unit price, for material and labor to install new lighting fixtures on existing parking lot round poles( The poles are 20 feet high), encompassing the following: A. Remove existing HID fixtures from seventy-nine (79) existing light poles, consisting of seventy-four (74) GREY poles and five (5) 5 BLACK poles B. Furnish and install new LED 400 -watt equivalent pole mount fixtures, to be grey in color and installed in place of the existing 74 Grey poles on a one-for-one basis. C. Furnish and install new LED 400-watt equivalent pole mount fixtures, to be black in color and installed in place of the existing Black poles on a one-for-one basis. D. The LED fixture must be from a reputable, Ter 1, manufacturer and be DLC approved. Specify the exact make and model of the intended LED fixtures to be used. Include both a specifications sheet and screen shot of the online DLC qualifying product list showing the exact make and model you are recommending. Per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-20, “…only American goods and products to be used where possible.” E. The LED fixture must have at least 20,000 lumens F. The LED warranty policy must describe material and labor in detail G. Describe (weather permitting) the time line for this install. H. All fold fixtures and old HID lamps must be recycled, with proper paperwork showing Bordentown in compliance
