Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated. All bidder's and bidder's subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with the West Virginia Contractor's Licensing Act. After the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. All bidders are required to furnish a satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of the bid price if bid is over $25,000.00. the contract price if contract is over $25,000.00.
