Description

The selected contractor will construct a stormwater retention pond and pump system fully equipped to hold and remove waters flowing to it from the Coventry Forest neighborhood. Work will include, but not be limited to clearing and grubbing; removal of existing electrical, infrastructure, pumps, pipes, concrete weirs, backflows; capping and abandoning water service; replacement of any damaged sidewalk; excavation of pond; installation of a stormwater pump, electrical, fountain, piping, structures, outfall extensions; and Bahia sod restoration of all disturbed areas. This work is further specified within the Project Manual and Site Plans.
