Description

1. Qualified Architectural/Engineering firms that are interested in providing professional design services for the referenced project. The District intends to enter into a contract with the selected Architectural/Engineering firm for Full-Scope Architectural/Engineering Services associated with the project. 2. The scope of work includes the construction of a replacement of two buildings that comprise 20 classrooms, an administration area, cafeteria and kitchen. The buildings consist of approximately 48,000 square feet. The successful firm will be required to create a Master Plan for the campus that incorporates the buildings that are to remain. Educational Specifications will be required based on the July 2020 Educational Plant Five Year Survey Report and the 2014 State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF).
