Materials Testing & Inspection Services for the Phase III - New Hospital Project

Intent of entering into a contract with an experienced Consultant to provide project specific Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services for the Phase III – New Hospital Tower Project. All potential Offerors are to read, understand, and accept the requirements of this RFP. Note: All bidders are required to submit their costs on Exhibit XX – QC Matrix Worksheet which identifies pre-determined testing quantities and hourly estimates based on a project of similar size and scope. Upon review and award of the best value bidder, the bidder will be required to review and submit an updated QC Matrix that aligns the testing quantities and hourly estimates with the complete scope of the project as part of the contract negotiations. However, through the RFP process, each bidder will have the opportunity to submit suggestions for revisions of testing quantities and hourly estimates as part of the Q&A period during the solicitation phase.
