Roof Replacement

Contractor will provide labor, materials and equipment needed for this job. This bid is to include two separate roofs. (1) area over training room (2) area over pool. (1)Training Room Roof: 1. Approximately 1300 sq. ft. 2. Remove existing roof down to decking 3. Install tapered insulation according to factory specifications 4. Install minimum of 60 mil TPO membrane or comparable material over insulation 5. All roof penetrations must be sealed according to manufactures specifications for materials used. 6. Install new pre-finished gutters and downspouts (minimum of 24 gauge) 7. All materials will be installed per manufactures specifications (2)Pool Roof: 1. Approximately 7500 sq. ft. 2. Remove existing Duralast roof down to decking 3. Remove existing unused heater and patch hole so that roofing material can be installed. a)Install minimum 1/2” coverboard over decking b)Install minimum of 60 mil TPO membrane or comparable material over coverboard 4. All roof penetrations must be sealed according to manufactures specifications for materials used. 5. Install new pre-finished gutters and downspouts (minimum of 24 gauge) 6. All materials will be installed per manufactures specifications.
