| Description | The Project consists of Process Monitoring and Control System (PMCS), Electrical, Process, and Mechanical improvements to the Tremont Water Treatment plant, Well No. 4, Well No. 5 and the Broad Mountain Water Treatment Plant, including but not limited to a new process monitoring and control systems at the Tremont plant, Well No. 4 and Well No. 15. New communications, instrumentation and process upgrades at all sites, replacement of Motor Control Center starters, installation of new VFDs for three existing high service pumps, new UPS installation and other electrical system upgrades at the Tremont plant. Procurement of new HMI servers, software, UPS and server rack at the Broad Mountain Water Treatment Plant. Mechanical improvements include a new Clarifier/Filter exhaust system and a new positive air flow system to PCMS enclosures. | ||||||
