Minor Renovations to the 2nd and 3rd Floors of the Robert C. Williams Business Center

The Project is for the Minor Renovations to the 2nd & 3rd Floors of the Robert C. Williams Business Center (RCWBC). The “Project” is primarily an interior renovation of the existing 5,737 square foot 2nd floor Suite 201 and the existing 2,103 square foot 3rd floor Suite 306 to include renovated spaces for office occupancy. The interior work includes demolition of existing walls, 2x2 lay-in ceilings, furniture partition systems, and carpet flooring. New interior work includes new minor metal stud with gypsum board wall patching, new and relocated doors/frames, relocated electrical services, new room finishes including carpet and tile flooring, painted walls, and 2x2 lay-in ceiling grid/panels. There is no exterior work in this project.
