| Description | OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Bernard Fineson DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Preventive Maintenance & Emergency Services for HVAC & Domestic Hot Water Systems for Campus Houses 1-8 in Queens County. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to annual start up service, inspections, and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems and Water Heaters. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or its principals must submit at least three work references that will verify that the bidder has at least three years of experience. Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems and Hot Water Inspections, Start Up, and Maintenance services. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost. Prevailing wage will apply. Contract term: 2024-2028 |
