This Project is funded through a American Rescue Plan Elementary & Secondary Schools Emergency Relief Fund (ARP ESSERF) Grant and subject to all Federal and State Guidelines including but not limited to 41 U.S.C. 1908, 41 CFR Part 60-1.3 for Equal Employment Opportunity, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148 for the Davis-Bacon Act, 40 U.S.C. 3701-3708 for Contract Hours and Safety Standards, 42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q Clean Air Act, 2 CFR 200.323 Domestic Preferences for Procurement, 2 CFR 200.321 contracting for small and minority business, women business enterprises and labor surplus area firms, 2 CFR 200.323 Procurement of recovered materials, 34 CFR 75.609 and 75.610 for access by persons of disabilities and all Federal statues in regards to discrimination. The Board of Education of the County of Webster, Webster Springs, WV reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
