Description | The Contractor shall execute and deliver to the County a Performance and Payment Bond, as required in Section 00 61 00, for 100% of the Not to Exceed Contract Price, with an approved surety company and in compliance with Chapter 39.08 RCW Contractor must be prepared to perform work on underground and active tanks, pipes, vaults, culverts, and structures. Access to inspect some facilities may require confined space entry. Access to some facilities may require site clearing, including removal of trees and brush. Contractor must be able to retrieve drainage system attribute information from a web-based app. Work Orders may require the Contractor to be on site, prepared to enter a confined space and working on a short notice of within 24hours. Additional limited work of this contract includes repair of existing drainage systems. King County has drainage easements for storm drainage systems located within a variety of property types. Multiple NASSCO certified and deployable drivers must be employed throughout the contract. Contractor must be able to perform work in backwatered and/or active drainage conveyance systems with or without confined space conditions. Work to be performed under this Contract includes but is not limited to, mobilizing, and performing storm drainage system inspection, cleaning, and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) work. For documenting defects, Contractor must use GraniteNet 3.2 using NASSCO 7.0. All digital video recordings shall be transmitted to the County via an external hard drive, a flash drive, or via a Cloud account in .mpeg format. Contractor must have the ability to use a GIS based mobile web map application, provided by King County, to obtain drainage system attribute information.
