The Work of the project includes, but is not limited to: construction of a New Performing Arts Center. and coordination and supervision of the Prime Bid Package Scope of Work including, but not limited to: General Works Package (inclusive of building structure, site work, envelope and finishes) HVAC Plumbing Electrical, Site Lighting & Fire Alarm Fire Protection Theater Seating Stage Equipment, Rigging, and Theater Lighting AV Data Communications Cabling & Equipment Electrical Switchgear Mechanical Chillers, AHUs, VAVs, RTUs Questions to Justin Thorpe justin.thorpe@white-spunner.com and all related work; as indicated on the Bid and Construction Documents, in preparation for a Performing Arts Building on the Enterprise Community College Campus.
