Equipment - Grinder Pump Package for the Atlantic Street Sewer Improvements Project

The scope of work for this bid solicitation shall consist primarily of supplying complete grinder pump packages for the Atlantic Street Sewer Improvements Project. The Hancock County Utility Authority, hereby notified all Bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this Advertisement, Disadvantaged and Women's Business Enterprises will be afforded the full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for an award. The required documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and the outside of the envelope shall be marked plainly as: Equipment - Grinder Pump Package for the Atlantic Street Sewer Improvements Project. Work to be performed shall be in accordance with all Federal, State and Local Regulations and Codes.
