The scope of this project includes but is not limited to constructing a new Hydrazine facility on new concrete footings, slab on grade with a standing seam metal roof. Additional work will include site work, concrete curbs and sidewalks, driveway/parking, building utility systems, interior finishes, fire protection and suppression systems. All work is located at McEntire JNGB, Eastover SC and shall be performed in accordance with project plans and specifications. The contract duration is 180 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude of the project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least fifteen percent (15%) of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own workforce. The date for the pre-bid conference is on 14 JUNE 2022, 1:00 PM local time. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
