Description | MOLAS PASS (Silverton) Fence Project The project is located approximately 4 miles south of Silverton along BLM road 83 in the Molas PMOs area. BLM road 83 is accessed off Highway 550 on the north side ofthe road (Township 4 IN - Range 7W, Sec. 31). See Map 1. This is a solicitation for a for a wildlife friendly fence project near Silverton, Colorado. Please see Attachment 1 Statement of Work for more details. FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude - Between $25,000 and $100,000. A Pre-Bid Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 27 at 11am at the Silverton Office, 1428 Greene Street Suite, #1B Silverton, CO 81433 ------- Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery 3. FAR Part 36 - Construction 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS - 238990 - Size Standard $16.5M 6. Davis Bacon Construction wage requirements for San Juan County 7. Award Basis - Best Value with Trade-offs based upon the factors below: ------- 1.) Technical description of your approach to the project including: - Past Experience - Equipment - Personnel Experience - Expected time frame to complete project 2.) Past performance: - Include contact information for three (3) past performance references, if available, for recent and relevant projects of similar scope * Evaluation on Past Performance will be based on the government's confidence level of the contractor and their ability to successfully complete the task 3.) Price When combined, technical and past performance are approximately equal to price. The government may, at it's discretion, base past performance on past knowledge and previous experience with the contractor, supply or service being provided, customer survey or other reasonable basis. Award will be based on best value to the government. The best value to the government may not be the lowest price offered. Instructions to Offerors: - Check your SAM registration, this must be current at the time you make your offer. - Note your new Unique Entity Identifier in www.sam.gov. We no longer use your DUNS number.
