Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 143-131 bids for 3/4" and 2" Reduced Backflow Assembly Any and all questions must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 31, 2023. The City of Asheville has adopted the Asheville Business Inclusion Policy to encourage women and minority businesses' participation in the public bidding process.
