Scope of Work: 1. Replace baseboard heat faces in the bathroom, kitchen and any other baseboard faces that are rusted; 2. Replace flooring in bathrooms; 3. Stain outside shingles, re-nail where necessary and repair trim on main building; 4. Replace windows throughout including rotten sills; 5. Replace lighting throughout with LED; 6. Paint doors and door casings inside and out; 7. Install shelving system in storage room; 8. Tear down existing shed and replace either with a newly built shed or pre-fab Shed; (please provide a separate price for just the Shed work/replacement.)

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 27 -	Communications.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements.
