Construction Manager at Risk for Gila Bend Highway / Uprr Underpass Mosaic Project

This project includes all layout, design, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, etc., to apply paint and other surface treatments to the concrete facades, sidewalls, ornate railings, and railroad underpass structure per the specification requirements and the schematic painting layout plans and details contained herein and as may be further developed and refined during the project’s Preconstruction Phase. The location of the project is on the Gila Bend Hwy at the UPRR in Casa Grande, as shown on the next page. The paint and surface applications shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Saguaro cacti 2. Ocotillo 3. Natural desert ground 4. Other images and details as shown on the schematic painting layout plans and details The paint color palette shall include, but not be limited to, the following ‘LOWE’S’ color names: 1. Diverse Beige 2. Hot Stone 3. Jasper Stone 4. Pretzel Twist 5. Sashay Sand 6. Van Dyke Brown 7. Other paint colors as shown on the schematic painting layout plans and details.
