| Description | Culvert/Bridge #1 Location: East Adams St. near intersection of North James St. Work should include: o Clean, remove debris, and prepare the areas under the existing structure/culvert footers o Pour in-place reinforced concrete under the existing footers and between footers to direct water flow through the culvert o Divert waterflow during construction (if needed) o Strengthen inlet and outlet with concrete/stone to resist future erosion. Please indicate if the proposal will have wing walls, baskets of stone/gabions, rip-rap, or other form of erosion protection Culvert/Bridge #2 Location: Residential parking spot above Sulphur Run on North Summer St Work should include: o Removal of steel plate currently covering the damaged area o Clean, remove debris, and prepare the area o Form, add new reinforcing steel o Pour concrete and broom finish |
