This Annual Estimated Quantity is for Bidding Purposes Only and is Only an Approximation Based on Prior Usage and Anticipated Needs. This is Not a Guaranteed Purchase Quantity. the Bids Submitted and the Purchase Order, if Placed, Shall Be in Complete Accordance With, Without Limitation, This Invitation to Bid, the City of Lakeland Specification No. C.o.l.-asopl-22 and All Codes, Requirements and Regulations Referenced Therein.
