Install approximately 5640 sqft of Epoxy flooring; Moisture-Blocking Sealer/Primer, Full Broadcast of Blended Color Flake, Abrasion and UV Resistant Polyaspartic Resin with a minimum Dry Film Thickness of 20 mil. To include 4 cove baseboard. Prevailing Wages apply. OSHA Certification; 5% Bid Bond; 50% Payment Bond upon award of contract required. Bid awards are made by the Director of Business Operations subject to the approval of the Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District Committee. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids if deemed in the best interest of the District. Question Deadline 04/14/2023 at 12:00 PM ET Base Bid Area: Approximately 5640sf. This project may begin not sooner than June 15, 2023, and must be completed not later than June 30, 2023. Alternate 1 Area: Approximately 4200sf. This project may begin not sooner than July 1, 2023, and be completed not later than August 25, 2023 All area should be field verified by contractor. Epoxy flooring should be durable, easy to clean and slip resistant. Current condition is clean ground concrete. Quote should include 4"cove baseboard throughout the space and all prep work such as grinding and prepping current surface, leveling and sealing current surface, leveling all transition areas and any and all finish work that may be required. Quote should include any vapor barrier requirements of the product and any and all special ventilation and or setting requirements of the product. Prevailing Wages for "Floorcoverer" apply.
