The Government intends to award a single, firm fixed price contract for the lawn care services described in this work statement. The Contractor shall provide all landscaping services to include the grounds and government owned potted plant / containers on the grounds. The period of performance under this contract for the Base Year with four additional one-year option periods, to be exercised at the Government’s discretion. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, protective clothing, supervision, equipment, inspections, and reports necessary to perform landscape management service at the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602 in accordance with all terms and conditions within this performance work statement (PWS).
