Wind Gap Park Trail Improvement Project

Base Bid No.1 – New Concrete Sidewalk Alternate Bid No. 1 - Existing Concrete Walk to remain and expanded to 6' total width with new concrete slab to match existing sidewalk. Alternate Bid No. 2 - Existing Concrete Walk to remain and expanded to 8' total width with new concrete slab to match existing sidewalk. Alternate Bid No. 3 - Existing Concrete walk to be completely removed and all new concrete sidewalk to be installed at 6’ width. Alternate Bid No. 4 - Existing Concrete walk to be completely removed and all new concrete sidewalk to be installed at 8’ width. Base Bid No.2 – New Pedestrian Bridge New Pedestrian Bridge installation to include complete design, fabrication delivery and installation, including concrete foundations. Base Bid No.3 – Existing Building Demolition and Removal Demolition and removal of Restrooms and Concession Area in Lower Ballfield.
