The Victory Project Expansion

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Dayton, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 28,600-square-foot clubhouse / community center; 6,300-square-foot fitness / recreation center; for site work for a 50-space sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. Plans call for the construction of a 14,300 square foot girls community building, a 14,300 square foot boys community building, and a 6,300 square foot athletic facility. It will be constructed in 3 phases. As of July 15, 2022, this project is in the early planning stages. No formal plans or applications have been submitted for review at this time. Information regarding the selection of an architect and general contractor has not been provided.
