**As of September 6, 2022, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids received, to determine the lowest responsible bidder or reject any or all bids. Bidder will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond executed by bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company acceptable to the owner in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing under the contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS130/1-12). Minority and Female Business Subcontractor/Supplier participation is encouraged.
