Description

The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) in Houston, Texas is operating and maintaining its own thermal energy storage (TES) tank. The TES tank outside Building 104 is currently partially operable. This TES tank is located outside Building 104 at the Michael E DeBakey VA Medical Center MEDVAMC in Houston, Texas. A dive team will be required to complete these underwater repairs. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, administration, and fabrication services for emergency repairs to the TES tank. The TES tank will be full of water during the repair operations. The tank can be lowered (NOT EMPTIED) if necessary, to accommodate the dive team conducting the repairs. A
