Description

For removal and re-coating of all concrete decking and stairways on the Library and Arts & Sciences Buildings on the Helena-West Helena Campus. • Remove and dispose of existing coating system by means of mechanical abrasion. • Prepare concrete substrate to coating manufacturers requirements (CSP3) in order to apply new coating system. • Install Neogard Pedagard FC waterproof coating system or equivalent per manufacturer’s instructions to achieve maximum warranty coverage. All penetrations, drains, deck-to-wall transitions will be detailed with two-component polyurethane sealant. Anti-slip texture should be added into top coat.
