**As of August 31, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Pursuant to Town Code Section No. 2-320 and section 1.50 of the terms and conditions, a Cone of Silence is hereby imposed on this solicitation. The cone shall be in effect until such time of award by the Town Administrator or the Town Mayor and Council. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts.
