Behavioral Health & Patient Administration Alteration

The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to (1) renovate, outfit, and transition the Allgood Clinic (Building 900B) to house the Behavioral Health Clinic and (2) renovate, outfit and transition 3rd floor space in the Keller Army Community Hospital (Building 900) to house the displaced Patient Administration Department (PAD) at the West Point Academy, New York. The preponderance of the work is converting existing spaces with new functions. The total GSF is 9,015. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with applicable federal and state codes and laws and with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs), Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), and DHA-FE Personal Property Performance Criteria (PPPC) and other criteria and attachments referenced in this SOW.
