| Description | Chavez CDC HVAC system shall receive a comprehensive recommissioning/test and balance. Service shall be performed during the hottest part of the year to ensure the system can handle the heavy cooling load; this is expected to be in the afternoon during the month of July. Any potential for improved cooling capability shall be identified. Special attention shall be taken to reach the target indoor temperature of 74 degrees during cooling season. |
