| Description | Furnishing and Delivery Solar Smart Meters. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to the City of Passaic. Successful bidder shall simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. Successful bidder shall upon acceptance of the work submit a maintenance bond in the amount of 100% guaranteeing against defective quality of work or materials for the period of two (2) years. |
