Roadway Construction Morganton Park South - Pine Ridge Parkway

The Project consists of the construction of a new four-lane divided median roadway connecting NC Hwy 15-501 to Morganton Road and will serve as the primary access to a new 220,000sf retail center. The Parkway (roadway) is approximately 4,064 linear feet in length, including four lanes with medians, a round-about, traffic signals at NC Hwy 15-501 and Morganton Road intersections. Also included in the scope are water, sewer and stormwater utilities, sidewalks, intermodal asphalt trail, landscaping, grading and erosion control.
