S--Lawn Mowing and Snow Removal With Salting

Lawn mowing services shall be conducted between 7:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday. No work will be conducted on weekends or holidays unless prior arrangements are made with the Contracting Officer or their representative. Grass cutting and trimming shall be performed at different and various geographical locations throughout Minute Man NHP. Due to high visitation at the Minute Man Visitor Center, the North Bridge Visitor Center, the North Bridge Parking Lot, the Hartwell Tavern Parking Lot, the Hartwell Tavern Comfort Station and the Hartwell Tavern Picnic Area, it may be beneficial for work to be performed at these locations prior to 9:00 AM. Snow removal, salting and sanding operations shall be conducted as necessary to ensure the safety of residents, visitors, staff and volunteers, 24 hours per day and seven days per week. Special care should be taken to protect the surrounding landscape from exposure to excess salt.
