| Description | 1. Removal of the existing spray foam and built-up roofing system(s) down to the tectum decking. Roof size is approximately 9,000 sq ft 2. The roofing system insulation shall be a isocyanurate insulation with a ½” primed- gypsum overlayment board, sloped to drain from the center to new perimeter gutters. 3. The replacement membrane assembly consists of the application of a fully-adhered PVC-KEE single-ply membrane. Scope of Work includes installation of a new perimeter edge metal and prefinished gutters. 4. An Alternate for a two ply modified membrane on the same insulation/cover board will be considered 5. Roofing membrane installation shall be require on-going inspections by the membrane manufacturer during the installation process and will be eligible to receive a 20 year NDL material and labor warranty. 6. Project start date will be determined upon verification of material delivery 7. The resulting contract will be to furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work as shown on the plans and described in the project specifications. |
