Description

The Project consists of: 1. Replace fifteen ( 15 ) existing interior doors, frames, and hardware with new (see door schedule). Provide and install new kickplates (12" high) both sides of new doors. 2. Replace existing VCT flooring with new at wall openings and doors where shown on drawings. Area to be replaced to be width of opening/door x thickness of wall/depth of frame. 3. Provide and install new threshold transition strip at shower room in "Bathroom-106" (approx. 39" wide). Transition strip to be Schluter Reno-T (1" wide).
