Description | 4-H, Youth, & Community Livestock Arena, RV Lot, Trailer Parking and 200’x400’ Outdoor Arena: As seen on “2021 Site Plan Sequencing” map as numbers seven (7), eight (8), nine (9), and ten (10) on page 3 PHASE 02 – APPROVED PROJECTS. 5.1.2.1 4-H, Youth, & Community Livestock Arena: Larimer County intends to design and construct a 40,000 SF equestrian and livestock indoor dirt arena for the purpose of 4-H, youth, and community learning environments. This space shall include a minimum of a 125’x200’ dirt arena, 1,700 SF concrete-floored education space that can be split into three areas that may view the arena, 100 permanent and/or retractable spectator seats, locations for portable bleachers, wash racks, storage, restrooms, administration and judges offices, sound system, audio control, and exterior temporary penning areas that are protected by a canopy. This project will include a small asphalt parking lot, Parking Lot E as seen in attachment G, “2021 Site Plan Sequencing,” with service road, exterior resting area, and associated landscape improvements. All exclusions found under 7.0 Exclusions. 5.1.2.2 R.V. Lot: 100 R.V. hook up locations on gravel surface to include full-service electric, water, and sewer connections. This project is to include all access drives, associated fencing, site lighting, site furnishings, and landscaping in connection to R.V. Lot. All exclusions found under 7.0 Exclusions. 5.1.2.3 Trailer Parking: Two (2) locations of gravel surface trailer parking that are 145,900 SF and 80,400 SF. All exclusions found under 7.0 Exclusions. 5.1.2.4 Outdoor Arena: 200’x400’ Arena that can divide into four (4) 100’x200 individual arenas to share loading areas, fencing, and seating areas. Announcers areas, speakers, water hookups, and site lighting will be required. All exclusions found under 7.0 Exclusions. |
