| Description | CyberPower authorized distributors for the purposes of establishing a twelve (12) month unit pricing contract with one (1) one-year renewal option for CyberPower uninterruptable power supply (UPS) equipment, under a unit pricing agreement. Certification letter from the manufacturer or manufacturer’s representative must be included with the bid. The initial contract period will be for twelve (12) months from the time of approval of this contract by Hamilton County Commission. All prices must remain fixed throughout each term of this contract, with the exception of possible price adjustments at the time of renewal. |
