| Description | The Housing Authority of the City of Summit, New Jersey is Soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed contractors for the replacement of flooring at unit turnover or on an as-needed basis for the period of one year commencing January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days without the written consent of the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the selection process. |
