Wentzville Middle School Summer 2023 Roof Restoration Project

Wentzville Middle School Roof Restoration Project Bidders shall be registered with the District s Vendor Registry and can obtain project bidding information and requirements on the Registry s website Monday November 14. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any contractor filing a proposal, and to reject any or all bids. The purpose of the Request for Bid (RFB) is to restore various roof surface areas at Wentzville Middle School, Located at 405 Campus Drive. Wentzville MO. 63385 and address other minor issues which occur on the roof. 1. Perform an infrared scan of the scheduled roof surfaces to potentially identify areas of wet insulation. 2. Roof sections 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 shall be restored and be warranted for a minimum of ten (10) years by the roofing coating Manufacturer against leaks and water infiltration with a NDL warranty. 3. Repair/patch minor perforations in the EPDM and replace unacceptable EPDM conditions that are required by the roofing product representative utilizing the stipulated square footage allowance. Contractor shall commence work no earlier than Monday June 5th, 2023 nor no later than Monday June 19rd and be fully complete, free and demobilized from the site no later than Friday August 11, 2023
